OUR REFUNDS POLICY

TapMedic are specifically & solely Business to Business. ​We do not supply direct to consumers.

Refunds will only be made via the original method of payment.

Order cancellation

Orders are normally dispatched literally within hours of receipt. Please contact orders@tapmedic.co.uk immediately you wish to cancel.

Return of faulty Goods

  • We will examine the Goods returned and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within 5 business days.
  • We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5 business days of the day we confirm receipt.
  • We will refund the price of defective Goods in full, including applicable delivery charges and reasonable costs you incur in returning the Goods to us.

If we agree you may return Goods

  • ​We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 20 business days of the day we received the Goods back
  • We will refund the full price of the Goods less any deductions we in our sole discretion think appropriate where the Goods are not returned to us in perfectly resalable condition
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us including insurance for full market value
  • Proof of sending does not constitute proof of delivery
